Raised on the banks of the green water, red clay, and pine trees of Georgia, Clay has been influenced by traditional country sounds. Yet also incorporates the Texas/Oklahoma western sounds. Page’s sound and musicianship at times can reflect the early pioneered southern sounds out of Macon, Georgia's Capricorn Studios, and the sweet sound of the swampers in Alabama. You will always find the soulful Nashville songwriter, blues, traditional country, southern rock hints and Georgia roots leading the growing credibility of Clay Page’s New Old School Sound.
