Clay Jewelry Workshop in the Gardens
About this Event
Hand-Painted Polymer Clay Jewelry Workshop in the Gardens
Saturday, August 1 | 10:30 AM
(located at Cox Arboretum & Gardens in Canton, GA)
Join us in the gardens for a creative morning of art, nature, and handmade jewelry! Local artist Kailee from Broken Ankles will guide guests through a step-by-step workshop where you'll design and hand-paint your very own beautiful polymer clay jewelry.
Whether you're an experienced artist or have never picked up a paintbrush, this class is designed for all skill levels. Kailee will provide easy-to-follow instruction and design sheets to help inspire your creativity and make creating a stunning piece of wearable art fun and stress-free.
During the workshop, guests will enjoy homemade sourdough cinnamon rolls and refreshments while they create.
Please note that your finished jewelry will not be taken home the day of the class. The pieces require approximately one week to fully cure and set after completion. Kailee will coordinate a convenient time and location for participants to pick up their finished jewelry once it is ready.
The class will last approximately 2 hours, and afterward guests are invited to continue exploring the gardens at their leisure. For those wishing to extend their visit, boxed lunches from Frik & Frak are available as an optional add-on.
Come spend a relaxing summer morning surrounded by beautiful gardens, good company, and creativity—we can't wait to create with you!
