In this class, students will get to play with clay to create a delightful pumpkin. NO experience required. All ages from 13+ are welcome!Come get your hands muddy as you create a unique and delightful clay PUMPKIN, guided step-by-step. Participants will each get wet clay and use a template and stamps, (if desired) to create your masterpiece, Then add optional elements like, leaf and stylized stem You will dry the clay and get to choose colors while you paint an underglaze.
Your completed clay will then be left at the studio to dry where our staff will fire it in our kiln, then dip it in a clear glaze to make it shiny, and refire in the kiln again. Each masterpiece will then be prepared for pick-up, after approximately 2-3 weeks. Each participant will be called to be notified that their creation is ready!
Class is 2-2.5 hours.
Recommended age 13+
Price: $45 includes all materials and instruction + 4.5% booking fee per attendee (due at time of registration to save your spot).
