Clay and Sip - Cauldrons

Join us for an afternoon of intentionality on this guided workshop. All participants will learn how to make their own vessel .
About this Event

Come build your own cauldron with us!

Every attendee will be provided with materials and guided workshop to create their own fire resistant ceramic vessel. No ceramic experience needed, we will teach you all you need to know.

Creativity and customization is welcomed and encouraged! You will get the chance to intention, customize and carve a cauldron specific for all your witchy needs. A chart with different runes, decor ideas and stamps will be available.

Once you like your piece, pick a glaze and we will deal with the rest! We will handle bisque firing, glazing and glaze fire. Come to Hemlock a second time 4 weeks after to pick up your masterpiece.

Things to know:

• Bring comfortable clothes you do not mind getting dirty. We will be using a black clay.
• This clay can cause some light staining on the skin that washes off after a day or two. Gloves will be provided for those who want to use them.
• In very rare cases, clay could cause contact dermatitis. Please use gloves if you think this could affect you.

What you will receive after four weeks:

• A beautiful black ceramic cauldron, decorated with the glaze of your choice and customizations of your own creation.
