Celebrating 25 years of music, love, and life together, Claus e Vanessa are one of Southern Brazil’s most enduring pop duos — bringing their unmistakable blend of Brazilian pop, reggae, romance, acoustic music, and beach-inspired energy to Sun Farm Hawaiʻi.
Beginning their journey together in the bars and music scene of Porto Alegre, Brazil, Claus Fetter and Vanessa Marques went from intimate voice-and-guitar performances to a career that has taken them across Brazil and around the world.
Their breakthrough hit “Medo de Amar” became part of the soundtrack of Globo’s Malhação, helping introduce the duo to audiences across Brazil. Over the years, they have released music through Universal and Som Livre, performed at Brazilian Day in New York, taken their music internationally, and played more than 5,000 shows throughout their career.
Their sound is joyful, romantic and deeply connected to the ocean and the outdoors — music shaped by sun, beach, family, nature, positivity and the simple beauty of being together.
And for Claus e Vanessa, Hawaiʻi has always been part of the story.
The islands became a deeply personal place for the couple: they married in Hawaiʻi, performed in Waikiki, and filmed the music video for their song “O Som do Mar” here — a song inspired by the ocean, love, paradise, and their connection to Hawaiʻi.
Now, 25 years into their journey together, Claus e Vanessa return to Hawaiʻi for an intimate performance surrounded by the natural beauty of Sun Farm Hawaiʻi.
