Module 1 — Welcome and Why You're Here (15 min) Quick intros. The state of AI right now. Why Claude Code is different from ChatGPT, Cursor, or any tool you've used. What you'll walk out with tonight.

Module 2 — Build Your AI OS (90 min) We install Claude Code on your laptop. We set up your personal context file together: your business, your tone, your clients, all loaded in. Then we put it to work. You generate your branding guideline. You generate a real client proposal from a transcript. The folder populates in front of you. You see, in real time, how persistent context turns Claude into something fundamentally different from ChatGPT.

Module 3 — How to Talk to AI (60 min) What's actually happening under the hood. Tokens, sessions, context windows, memory. Why some prompts work and others don't. The principles that scale: context engineering, role design, structured output, agent orchestration. The mistakes that K*ll 90% of AI workflows.

Module 4 — Where This Is Going (15 min) The 12-month roadmap for AI. What's about to be possible, what's already breaking, and how to stay ahead without burning out.
