This one's different. 🙌 You've been to my Claude intro class. You saw what it can do. Now it's time to actually build it, live, with your laptop open and me right there helping.

This is a hands-on workshop, not a lecture. You'll walk out with your own Claude set up to work for your business, not a generic demo.

Here's what we're building together:

• 🧠 Your Brand Brain: a Claude skill that knows your name, your brokerage, your voice, and your market, so every piece of content it writes for you sounds like you.
• 🎨 Your Custom Design Template: a branded template inside Claude so you can create content with your logo, colors, and style already built in.
• ☀️ Your Morning Briefing: a scheduled report that hits your inbox with what's on your plate for the day, including emails, contracts, appointments, and who needs a follow-up call.

We move fast. You'll leave with all three started and working, ready to keep building on your own or in a future workshop.

Before you show up, you need:

• ✅ The Claude desktop app downloaded and installed
• ✅ Signed in on a paid Claude plan (Pro or higher, $17 to $20 a month). The free plan does not include Claude Cowork.
• ✅ The Claude for Chrome browser extension installed and signed in
• ✅ A charged laptop

Seats are limited so I can actually get around the room and help. If you show up without the requirements above, I won't be able to slow the class down to get you set up, so come ready to build.

Instructor & Host

This workshop is hosted and taught by Jerad Larkin, Account Executive with Chicago Title of Colorado. Known as a marketing consultant who happens to sell title insurance, Jerad helps real estate professionals grow their business through digital marketing, video, social media, and the latest AI tools. He teaches 10+ classes and workshops a month across the Denver real estate community.

Joining him is Dylan Doyle of Invest West Mortgage. Jerad and Dylan have been co-hosting AI classes for real estate professionals since 2023, and Dylan has built Claude into the daily operations of a lending business, from a full website built by Claude to client databases and automations. He’ll show you exactly what he built and how.
