Ready to move beyond prompting and start delegating? If you attended AI 101, you learned how to communicate with AI. In Claude 201, you'll take the next step by building AI automations that actually work for your real estate business.

This is a hands-on workshop, not a lecture. You'll use Claude's new Cowork feature to create powerful workflows that can organize files, manage emails, streamline follow-up, generate marketing materials, and automate repetitive tasks—giving you more time to focus on your clients.

During this workshop you'll:

• Build live automations using Claude Cowork
• Connect Claude to Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Drive
• Create AI workflows for lead follow-up, listing launches, transaction organization, and market updates
• Learn the COWORK framework for creating reliable automations
• Understand how to safely delegate tasks while staying compliant
• Leave with multiple automations running in your own business

This is a build workshop, so please come prepared! You'll need:

• Your laptop and charger (tablets won't work)
• A Claude Pro subscription with the Claude Desktop app installed
• Gmail and Google Calendar connected to Claude
• Two examples of follow-up emails you've previously sent (to teach Claude your writing style)
