Most agents have now watched somebody demo AI. Very few have actually built anything with it.

That is what this hour fixes.

This is a hands-on workshop. You bring a charged laptop, and we build your personalized AI assistant together, live, in the room. You leave with something that works and that knows your business.

• Your assistant, set up and trained on how you actually work
• A repeatable way to write listing descriptions, photo captions, and social posts in your own voice
• A workflow for turning market data into something a client will actually read
• Prompts you can reuse Monday morning without rewriting them every time
• A simple system for saving what works so you are not starting from scratch each week

👥 WHO THIS IS FOR

Open to every real estate agent in Colorado. Any brokerage, any experience level, all welcome. Lenders and transaction coordinators are welcome too.

If you have never touched AI, you are fine. If you have been poking at it for a year and know you are only scratching the surface, you are also fine. We start at the beginning and move fast.

💻 WHAT YOU NEED BEFORE YOU SHOW UP

• The Claude desktop app downloaded and installed
• Signed in on a paid Claude plan (Pro or higher, roughly 17 to 20 dollars a month). The free plan does not include Claude Cowork.
• The Claude for Chrome browser extension installed and signed in
• A charged laptop

Seats are limited so I can actually get around the room and help. If you show up without the requirements above, I will not be able to slow the class down to get you set up, so come ready to build.

❓ FAQ

Do I need any AI experience to attend? No. This is built for people starting from zero. If you can use a laptop, you can do this.

Do I need to have taken a prior class first? No. This one stands on its own.

Is this really free? Yes. No pitch, no upsell. I teach because it is the most useful thing I can do for the agents I work with.

What if my setup is not working right before I arrive? Message me ahead of time and I will help you get sorted. Do not wait until you sit down.

What if I register and cannot make it? No problem. Cancel your ticket so somebody on the list can take the seat.

Will this be recorded? No. It is hands-on and the value is in doing it live in the room.

What do I bring? A charged laptop and the setup listed above. That is it.

This workshop is hosted and taught by Jerad Larkin, Account Executive with Chicago Title of Colorado.
