Classics and Jazz

Classics meet jazz with the Lake Effect Concert Band and Polar Vortex jazz ensemble presenting an an exciting afternoon of music at Berkshire High School. Lake Effect will play classics from the band repertoire including Norman Dello Joio's Satiric Dances, a beautiful Arioso by J.S. Bach, and a medley of classics songs by the Beatles. J.c. Sherman will be the featured soloist in the Trombone Concerto by Nicolai Rimsky-Korsakov. Polar Vortex will be swingin' with music by Count Basie, Stan Kenton, and more.
