If you purchase the travel protection then the trip is 100 percent refundable minus the insurance rate. Cancellation is 24 hours prior to departure.

If you do not have travel insurance then the deposit is not refundable.

16 days to 90 days prior to departure then you get 60 percent of your ticket fee

1 to 15 days then you can get 25 percent of your ticket price

If you cancel one day prior then your ticket price is non refundable.
