In this deliciously fun and hands-on cheese tasting class, we’ll pit classic snacks from both sides of the pond against each other. From buttery grilled cheese and creamy mac 'n' cheese to savory Welsh rarebit and indulgent cheese toasties, we’ll dive into what makes each one so irresistible. You’ll learn the secrets behind crafting these beloved dishes, from choosing the right cheeses to mastering the perfect melt, crunch, and gooey texture.

But we won’t stop at the classics. We’ll give you plenty of creative ideas to zhuzh up your favorite comfort foods—think unexpected flavor pairings, upgraded ingredients, and mouthwatering twists that elevate these simple pleasures to gourmet levels. Ever tried adding crispy bacon or roasted tomatoes to your grilled cheese? Or using aged cheddar with a touch of Dijon mustard in your cheese toastie? To fully participate in the class:

1. Reserve your ticket through Eventbrite! Purchase one ticket for each member of your party. The ticket price includes admission for one as well as a cheese plate, wine, and accompaniments for one.

2. Show up on the day of class! Class will begin at 6:30pm. This is a standing event in our retail learning setting. The duration of the class is about an hour and a half. After class, there will be time to tour our cheese caves as well as shop our expansive product selection (at a 10% discount!).

3. This event is for 21+. Our staff will check IDs at the door.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you are unable to attend a class, please let us know at least 72 hours before the class is scheduled to take place and we will give you a full refund or a credit for a future class. If you don't let us know in advance of the class, you are not entitled to any refund or credit.
