Classic Series: Mocktail time!—$75

Did you overindulge at the end of 2025? Did you make a resolution for a healthier 2026? Whatever the reason, we have a great evening ahead that will leave you feeling light and joyful and with no regrets in the morning!

We'll gather around the cheese counter where our cheesemonger and mixologist will kick off the evening. Our mixologist will introduce lots of new tastes in alcohol-free concoctions. From there, our cheesemonger will chime in with a perfectly paired an assortment of delectable cheeses. You'll learn about the history, geography of various cheeses, the dairies they come from and understand why they pair so well.

Whether you're a cheese connoisseur or just a curious foodie, this event is the perfect opportunity to expand your palate and discover new flavor combinations. You'll leave with knowledge and ideas you can use them at home whether you are treating yourself or hosting friends in the new year. Don't miss out on this unique experience!

To fully participate in the class:

1. Reserve your ticket through Eventbrite! Purchase one ticket for each member of your party. The ticket price includes admission for one as well as a cheese plate, , wine, and accompaniments for one.

2. Show up on the day of class! The class will begin promptly at 7:30pm. This is a standing event in our retail learning setting. The duration of the class is about an hour and a half. After class, there will be time to shop our expansive product selection (at a 10% discount!).

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please reach out to [email protected] when you make your reservation if you or a member of your party has any food allergies or dietary restrictions or requires seating. Our classroom coordinator will help you to determine if the class can be modified to accomodate your needs. The health and safety of our guests is a priority for us.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you are unable to attend a class, please let us know at least 72 hours before the class is scheduled to take place and we will give you a full refund or a credit for a future class. If you don't let us know in advance of the class, you are not entitled to any refund or credit.
