Classic Series: Hidden Gems of New England—Beer & Cheese Pairing, $75

Discover the hidden treasures of New England’s craft beer and local cheese with our exclusive cheese pairing class. This immersive event invites you to experience the region’s lesser-known but exceptional cheeses paired with outstanding local craft beers. Perfect for both enthusiasts and curious foodies, this class will deepen your appreciation of New England’s artisanal cheese and craft beer heritage.

Our knowledgeable instructor will guide you through each pairing, revealing how these less-common cheeses enhance the characteristics of the beers. Together you'll explore the dynamic interactions between beer and cheese and learn how to balance flavors and textures to find your perfect pairings. Get ready to discover how tangy New England cheese interacts with a hoppy IPA, or how the rich texture of cheese similar to Cricket Creek Farm’s “The Bermudian” complements a craft beer selection with citrus notes. And quite a few more!

To fully participate in the class:

1. Reserve your ticket through Eventbrite! Purchase one ticket for each member of your party. The ticket price includes admission for one as well as a cheese plate, wine, and accompaniments for one.

2. Show up on the day of class! Class will begin at 7:30pm. This is a standing event in our retail learning setting. The duration of the class is about an hour and a half. After class, there will be time to tour our cheese caves as well as shop our expansive product selection (at a 10% discount!).

3. This event is for 21+. Our staff will check IDs at the door.I

Our classroom coordinator will help you to determine if the class can be modified to accomodate your needs. The health and safety of our guests is a priority for us.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you are unable to attend a class, please let us know at least 72 hours before the class is scheduled to take place and we will give you a full refund or a credit for a future class. If you don't let us know in advance of the class, you are not entitled to any refund or credit.
