Classic Series: Cheese for Dessert—A Sweet & Savory Finale, $75

In this guided tasting experience, you’ll explore a curated selection of cheeses that shine in a dessert setting, from the buttery richness of a triple-cream brie to the crystalline sweetness of an aged gouda.

Each cheese will be paired with complementary flavors such as wildflower honey, dried figs, dark chocolate, and dessert wines, enhancing their natural complexity. As you savor each bite, you'll gain insight into the textures, aromas, and aging processes that make these cheeses a sublime alternative to traditional sweets.

Throughout the class, you’ll not only taste but also learn the art of pairing cheese with dessert wines discovering how their acidity and sweetness elevate each bite. Your guide will share insights into cheese aging, milk types, and the science behind pairing sweet and savory elements to create harmony on the palate.

To fully participate in the class:

1. Reserve your ticket through Eventbrite! Purchase one ticket for each member of your party. The ticket price includes admission for one as well as a cheese plate, wine, and accompaniments for one.

2. Show up on the day of class! Class will begin at 6:30pm. This is a standing event in our retail learning setting. The duration of the class is about an hour and a half. After class, there will be time to tour our cheese caves as well as shop our expansive product selection (at a 10% discount!).

3. This event is for 21+. Our staff will check IDs at the door.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you are unable to attend a class, please let us know at least 72 hours before the class is scheduled to take place and we will give you a full refund or a credit for a future class. If you don't let us know in advance of the class, you are not entitled to any refund or credit.
