Warm, convivial, and made for cold weather, raclette is one of the great pleasures of Alpine cheese. We’ll melt raclette cheese and serve it with the classic accompaniments: potatoes, charcuterie, pickles, and other savory bites, along with wine chosen to complement the richness of the cheese. Learn a little about the tradition behind the dish, what makes a cheese raclette, then settle in for a generous, cozy time.
