Please note: These are two separate workshops, each held on its own date and booked individually. Participants may choose to attend one or both workshops.
🔹 Classic Waving
The Classic Waving Workshop focuses on the fundamental principles of waving as a movement practice.
Through fluid, rhythmic and spiral-based movements, participants develop body awareness, coordination, breath connection and embodied flow. Suitable for both beginners and experienced movers.
🔹 Advanced Waving
The Advanced Waving Workshop is intended for participants with previous experience in waving or related movement practices.
The workshop explores more complex patterns, transitions and internal listening, refining movement quality and deepening embodied expression.
