This class will draw on practices from physical theatre, contact improvisation, and capoeira to articulate our capacity to move in dialogue with our own body, our fellow dancers, and our environment. Exercises will include ensemble theatre games, set-phrase work, and improvisations for solo, partner, and ensemble dancing.Drop in $15

Richard (he/him) is a performer, creator, and educator who works in theatre and contemporary dance. He has recently returned from working and studying in London, U.K., where he completed an M.F.A. in Movement Direction and Teaching at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama.
