Reno Happy Project invites you to join this class where we will dive into the secrets of happiness!

Join us at Sierra View Library for an interactive group and workshop on how to boost your happiness levels. Discover evidence-based science, practical tips and DIY strategies to enhance your well-being and bring more joy into your life.

This class will be a six-week series workshop reviewing the book The How of Happiness by Sonja Lyubomirsky, Ph.D. We will be diving into what the science says, and how we can integrate simple, actionable steps into our lives, and actually increase our happiness.

We will be reviewing and discussing the book in class. Book purchase is recommended, but NOT required. Feel free to join any time, even if you haven't attended a class session yet.
