A fusion of heat, rhythm, power, and release. Sculpt is a mat-based format pairing bursts of cardio with dynamic muscle targeting. Your stamina will be tested and your flexibility confronted. Stay open to what’s coming, tear down your expectations, and trust in the process that your instructor is leading you through. Every extra rep, every burning muscle, every doubt surpassed proves itself imperative when that last song ends and you lay heavy on your mat.

ARRIVE EARLY! Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to class to check in and get set up. We will begin class promptly at 4:15 pm and will not accept latecomers.
