Ritual & Story is a creative writing and self-reflection series that invites participants to explore their narratives through symbolic storytelling, intuitive prompts, and simple at-home rituals. Drawing from her experience as a writer, editor, published author, and certified intuitive energy worker (Levels 1 & 2), facilitator Angie creates a welcoming space where participants are guided to uncover patterns in their stories, reclaim their voice, and reimagine what healing can look like on the page.Participants will write, reflect, share (if they choose), and engage in creative exercises that honour both the difficulty and beauty of the human experience, all from a trauma- informed, inclusive lens.
This workshop is not therapy, but it can support participants alongside other healing work, helping them develop language for their lived experience, process emotions symbolically, and integrate what they uncover through ritual and reflection.
About the Instructor
Angie Landry is a writer, editor, intuitive guide, and energy healing practitioner based in Fredericton, NB. As a trauma and eating disorder survivor, Angie brings lived experience, deep empathy, and a trauma-informed lens to her work.
This is a six week program.
Tuesdays, 7-8:30 p.m.
