Save the Date Saturday, Nov. 9, 2024
I was at the DoubleTree this morning and was informed that the hotel bumped us from November 2nd to the 9th. Our event was one night, and a corporation asked for a three-night convention and was willing to PAY MORE.

As a result, they have offered to reduce the price and include a two-drink beverage voucher. This will allow us to keep the price at $90 which includes the beverage voucher. Reducing the price to $70 a person for many.
Hopefully, everyone can erase the 2nd and save the 9th. The Hotel will include a reduction on rooms for those that stay there. I mentioned that they only set aside a limited number of rooms last time. He said the policy has changed and anyone may have a discounted room up to the event. Parking will be complimentary.
We will start having “Lancers” sign up June 1st so save the date Saturday, November 9, 2024
