🎓 Battery Creek High School Graduation Information 🎓📍 Dolphin Stadium
📅 Thursday, May 28, 2026
🕠 Gates Open: 5:30 PM
🎓 Ceremony Begins: 7:00 PM
All guests will pass through security screening upon entry. Weapons of any kind are not allowed. Below are examples of items that should not be brought to graduation ceremonies, as they commonly trigger the weapons detection system and cause delays:
🚫 Prohibited Items Include:
• Weapons of any kind
• Eyeglass cases
• Magnets
• Vapes or e-cigarettes
• Eyelash curlers
• Umbrellas
• Noisemakers
👜 Bag Policy:
To help move attendees quickly through the weapons detection systems, we strongly encourage guests not to bring bags.
If a bag is necessary:
• Clear bags only
• Maximum size: 12” x 6” x 12”
• No purses allowed
• Diaper bags and medically necessary bags are permitted
Guests arriving with prohibited items or non-compliant bags will be asked to return them to their vehicles before entering.
🔁 Re-Entry Policy:
Once a guest exits the stadium, they must re-enter through the front gate and complete the security screening process again.
🚗 Parking Information:
• Parking is available in the parking lot by the stadium for guests
• Handicap accessible parking will be in the staff lot closest to the football stadium (first two rows)
• Additional parking is available on the practice field by the CTE building
• A-Hall parking lot is reserved for graduates only (yellow box seen on the picture)
• D-Hall parking lot is reserved for faculty and staff only (blue box seen on the picture)

🌧️ Weather Plan:
In the event of bad weather, the ceremony will move to the Battery Creek High School gymnasium with limited seating.
Each graduate will receive tickets for this purpose. Only ticketed guests, including babies and small children, will be allowed to enter the gymnasium.
We kindly ask guests not to bring large signs, balloon displays, umbrellas, or noisemakers that may obstruct the view or interfere with the ceremony for others.
