Hands-on, beginner-friendly no-knead bread baking class at Southside Community Center on South Hill in Spokane, WA. Each participant learns how to make three different recipes of their own no-knead bread and goes home with two loaves-- one already baked and one ready to finish rising and bake at home-- as well as a printed packet of recipes and tips.
