Class for a Cause-JPH Organization Fundraiser

Join JPH board member Matt Giles and JPH programs and events director and board member Katie Sheerin for a very special class to benefit the JPH Organization.

The James P Harrington Organization is a nurturing and inclusive community of wellness, healing, and transformation. We are a 501c(3) family wellness initiative that offers free or low-cost mental health and well-being programming for families of the south shore of MA. Whether it's support groups, yoga and meditation, crisis intervention, teen wellness programs or our numerous women's programs, our ultimate goal is to normalize and remove the stigma around mental health. We are located on the banks of the South River in Marshfield, where our property includes nine acres of trails and grounds as well as a community center, historic barn, and cottage. We continue to run the legacy program of summer camp simultaneous to our community programs.

This class will involve a unique mix of body weight exercises and bootcamp style workouts with boxing training. The class will target full body strength and conditioning along with boxing technique. Class is appropriate for all ages and fitness levels and is by donation.

All of the proceeds will benefit the JPH Organization located in Marshfield MA. A $20 donation for JPH is requested for class participation. Your donation will provide a free program to someone in our community.
