Class Description:
Spice up your life (and your cooking) with a tantalizing evening of Indian cuisine. Chef Reyam Yas loves Indian cuisine and can hardly wait to show you how to make some of her favorite Indian classics, brimming with delicious tastes and fragrant aromas.
She’ll teach essential culinary techniques and explore the use of interesting spices used in Indian cooking. You’ll tie on an apron and get in on some of the hands-on activities as Chef Reyam navigates you through the steps to prepare classics like Chicken Tikka Masala, a savory basmati rice side dish, and more.
Chef Reyam is eager to share her expert culinary knowledge in an easy-to-understand teaching style. You'll taste everything prepared in class, plus you’ll have the knowledge and confidence to recreate these delicious Indian dishes in your own kitchen.
