Whether you prefer to shake, stir, muddle or blend, if you entertain at any level it’s critical to know how to make the 10 most influential mixed drinks ever as well as trendy takes on these babies. And it wouldn’t hurt ya’ to learn a little history behind what makes these classics well, er … classics! Hey, it’s every good host’s job to enlighten as they entertain!
At least that’s what Bruce Campbell, The Food & Beverage Guy, tells us. He’ll demystify the concocting of cocktails as he teaches us the classic versions of the top 10 cocktails of all time… Bloody Mary, Daiquiri, Irish Coffee, Manhattan, Margarita, Martini, Negroni, Old Fashioned, Pina Colada, and Sazerac, …as well as how to change ‘em up to make them all crafty and such. Bruce will even dispel all confusion about infusions – today’s hot trend of flavoring alcohol, with his Triple Citrus Vodka.
You’ll learn cocktail mixing techniques, variations to make “signature” cocktails, all about ingredients and glassware, how to make your own “from-scratch” mixes, and correct garnishing for that all-important finishing touch.
We’ll taste a few of these classic cocktails, of course (c’mon, we can’t taste them ALL!) and make sure you have some food in your belly because Bruce will provide some “assorted plates” of party fare for you, as well! It’s an evening of (responsibly) intoxicating fun!
