Time to shine those funny-bones! Show the world how funny you are by registering to the 2023 Class Clowns. Free workshops and heats in all states!All Class Clowns heats consist of a free 2-hour workshop with a professional comedian to rehearse, polish and refine acts, followed by an opportunity for students to perform in front of a real live audience! Participation is FREE.
Each year hundreds of secondary school students from Years 9-12 participate in Class Clowns across the country – discovering and refining their skills in writing and performing comedy and taking it outside the classroom to a wider audience.
Class Clowns uses artistic activities such as drama, performance and writing to hone comedic talent, build self-esteem, confidence and resilience, and amplify the voices and perspectives of young people.
