This class covers the fundamentals of bladesmithing. You will learn to forge, grind, harden, temper, and sharpen a knife. We will discuss steel selection and the principles of blade design and geometry. Expect to take home your finished chef's knife on the second day.Tuition: $400 | Material Fee: $50
