Monday's ongoing class series examines topics related to the occult, mysticism and magick. No prior experience or attendance of previous classes is needed. Attendees are encouraged to bring something with which to take notes. These classes are open to the public.
Topic: Activating the Elements in the Energy Body
This class will be about the 5 elements in the energy body/chakras, and using pranayama, mantra and visualization to activate them.
