Beauty is often found in the simplest contrasts. This piece focuses on the balance between light and dark. By placing a single daisy against a deep black 12x12 canvas, we take away the noise of a background and let the flower’s natural geometry stand out. We’ll create simple white petals that break away from the dark, and add in a bold, but warm, golden center. This painting is a reminder that even the simplest things can be powerful when given the space to truly shine.
