Beginner students are brand new to the world of Latin Dance. These classes will begin with the basic steps and techniques and well as "shine" moves and styling. As you progress, beginner classes will move at a faster pace building on the basic steps, yet adding a variety of new moves and faster- paced songs. Partnering skills will be added as well as new patterns. It is recommended and beneficial to attend class 1-2 times per week for one hour for a minimum of 12 weeks.
Repetition will add to muscle memory which will help with smoother transitions between patterns and steps.
