Clases de cocina española: Taller tapas tradicionales

We will start by cooking a tapas-based menu with traditional dishes. We use fresh, seasonal and local products. We distribute the kitchen tasks and prepare up to 5 tapas. During the preparation you will be able to taste some wines from small wineries. All the ingredients are included in the price, as I mentioned before we always use top quality, local, organic products. And you can also have the drinks that you want, beer, wine, infusions, juices, etc.

The workshop is organized in a participatory way, because I think that if you prepare your own tapas they will taste delicious. When you return home you can prepare the dishes for your loved ones and share your experience.

We are in a new area of Madrid, during your visit to Carabanchel Alto you can get to know an area that is not very touristy, with interesting examples of social housing architecture. It is also an opportunity to enjoy a quiet moment during your visit to Madrid, outside the commercial circuits but at the same time, only 15 minutes from the center by taxi.
