Welcome to the 4th Annual Clarksburg Santa Meet & Greet!

This year, we’re excited to bring holiday magic to the entire Clarksburg community with Santa visiting seven local schools in one festive evening.

Join us on December 13, 2025 (6 PM – 8 PM) for a joyful night of photos, treats, holiday cheer, and the chance for kids to meet Santa up close at their school’s designated stop.

Why Register?

This is a free community event, but registration helps us:

• Prepare the right number of goodies for every child
• Keep each stop organized and safe
• Ensure Santa’s helpers are ready with everything needed to make the night magical

Your registration also ensures your family is added to Santa’s Clarksburg list for the evening.

Choose Your School Stop

Santa will be visiting the following Clarksburg schools during the event:

• Cabin Branch ES – 6:00 PM
• Little Bennett ES – 6:30 PM
• Wilson Wims ES – 6:45 PM
• Hallie Wells MS – 7:00 PM
• Snowden Farm ES – 7:15 PM
• Clarksburg HS – 7:30 PM
• Rocky Hill MS – 7:45 PM
• Cabin Branch ES (Encore Stop) – 8:00 PM

Please select the stop your family plans to attend so we can prepare accordingly.
