I will walk you through foundational dance movements of twerking, Caribbean whining and grinding.This workshop will be held in a private dance studio with no access or view from the public, so you can leave your worries & fears at the door. It is a 100% Judgement free zone! It's a space to feel empowered, sexy and have fun all while moving your body and burning those calories.
