In this demonstration cooking class, you’ll learn to prepare a heartwarming creamy chowder made with local clams, white wine, chorizo sausage, new potatoes and cumin dusted croutons. It's the ideal meal for cozy sweater evenings.
You'll also learn how easy it is to prepare fragrant rosemary focaccia, a perfect accompaniment for chowder---or any soup! If you’ve never made bread, focaccia is a perfect recipe to start with. It needs no special equipment, comes together easily and is ideal for cool weather entertaining.
Enjoy samples while you learn. Class length may vary depending on the number of students, questions, etc.
