Women make up nearly 50% of those working in the advertising industry, but sometimes we still seem to be stuck in a Mad Men world. AAF NEA is proud to present “Claiming Your Strength - Empowering the Women of Advertising” a two-part event in September, designed to uplift, encourage, and refresh women in all areas of Advertising. Everyone across the gender spectrum is invited to join us for an in-person, catered lunch and learn, where leaders from different focus areas of advertising and marketing participate in a panel discussion about the importance of women in marketing, design, and more. A question and answer session will follow so that attendees can gain insights to apply in their own journey.
Part 2 of our event will be an afternoon retreat. This three-hour session will give attendees a chance to unplug and be treated to presentations and hands-on workshops from guest speakers and industry leaders. Refreshments will also be provided.
