If you’ve survived any kind of trauma (defined as unprocessed experience in the mind, body and heart) there is a codependent clown living inside of you that is ready to be liberated into a powerful, sovereign, human-being.

As we explore in Grape Culture, we can’t think our way out of trauma, we have to feel our way through it.

In CLAIM YOURSELF Toni and Sarah wil guide you to through somatic and spiritual practices to support you on the non-linear, courageous, path of healing yourself, claiming sovereignty over your mind, body and heart, and CLAIMING self-authority (authorship) over your personal narrative so that together, we can heal the world.

When you CLAIM YOURSELF not only do you divest from performing a version of yourself you have been conditioned to believe and assume that other people want or need, but you also don’t project or expect that of other people either.

CLAIM YOURSELF is a somatic and spiritual workshop for personal liberation, self-realization and collective healing.
