Rules:
Fish must be caught legally, on live bait or articial lures
Rulers will be received at sign up
Photo of fish must be included with ID# and ruler clearly shown
6AM: Meet at Captain Kenny's, to receive badge ID and ruler
(and anything else).
4PM: Meet back at Captain Kenny's to announce winners
(must be present to claim prize)
