Artist Gilly Lugo invites you to her first solo show at Compére Collective. Her mixed media figurative paintings and sculptures are influenced by cultural symbols and imagery from her Dominican heritage. Her work explores spirituality, identity and legacy as seen through the matriarchal lens.
