WHO: MOVE is for anyone currently in grades 8-12.LOCATION: University of Nebraska in Lincoln.
CIY MOVE is more than just another conference or camp — it’s an experience! It’s an an all-inclusive event providing food, lodging, recreational activities and an amazing program. MOVE is a 5-day, high school only event designed to amplify Christ’s call on students’ lives to become Kingdom Workers. This year, no matter who you are, no matter where you’re from, no matter how good you think you are, or how bad, the Gospel is still for you. For All. Forever.

DROP-OFF: Monday at 6:00am at The Landing.
PICK-UP: Friday Night (Saturday Morning) at 1:00am at The Landing.
ROOM/BUS SIGN-UPS: June 25 @ HS Night.
COST: $470
EARLY: $435
$75 non-refundable deposit can hold your spot and price range. The remaining balance is due by June 11.
Once we hit capacity, we will go on a Wait List.
Financial Assistance:
We never want funds to be the reason someone misses out on a life-changing week. If you are in need of financial assistance, please complete the Financial Aid Application.
Financial Aid Application: We have partial and semi-full scholarships available. You will still be required to pay the $75 non-refundable deposit. Go to www.tinyurl.com/MoveFinancialAid2023 to download this form. All applications must be turned in by June 11.
CIY DROP-OFF: Please arrive at the HCC Landing at 6:00am MONDAY, JULY 10th. There is no need to arrive before 6:00. Once you arrive, we will load the buses with luggage and have a departure meeting and prayer before we hit the road. Please eat breakfast before you come, or bring it w/you.
CIY PICK-UP: We are planning on returning to the HCC Landing around 1:00 AM FRIDAY NIGHT (Saturday AM), JULY 14th(technically the 15th). Please arrange for transportation at that time. We will update arrival times on Facebook (facebook.com/HarvesterSM) and Instagram (@HarvesterHSNight).
WHAT TO BRING:
- Bible, Notebook, and Pen
- Clothing for the Week (nice outfit if you want to participate in dress-up night on Thursday)
- Toiletries, Towels (shower and beach), Prescription Medication
- Blanket for Bed (No pillow or sheets needed…they are provided.)
- Swimsuit - Modest (Girls – No Bikinis)
- Money for 2 Meals (Lunch traveling to Nebraska & Lunch on Thursday)
- Optional Money for t-shirts, offering, CIY merch, snacks, etc.
THESE WILL SEND YOU HOME (at parent's expense): Prank items (and pranks), illegal substances, laser pointers, breaking CIY rules multiple times, and bad behavior.
CELLPHONE POLICY: Students can bring cell phones, but please use them responsibly. This includes making contact with your adult leader throughout the week, taking pictures, using your Bible, using the CIY apps, calling mom, and posting on social media. If phones are seen being used irresponsibly, or not during appropriate times, it will be confiscated for the week. Please don’t abuse this.
CIY MEDICAL RELEASE FORM: All students attending CIY MOVE must have a CIY Medical Form completed. This is separate from HCC online registration form you completed. If you are unsure if you have completed this online form, email Marcia at [email protected]. Failure to complete these forms before departure will require extra time to complete it on Monday.
BALANCE DUE: All balances are currently due. If you have not paid, please pay as soon as possible either by check made out to HCC or by debit or credit card paid online at *Coming Soon*. Contact Marcia with any questions.
SOCIAL MEDIA: Follow along with us throughout the week on social media! Each night, we will post pictures on the HarvesterSM Facebook Page, as well as the HarvesterHSNight Instagram Page. On Instagram, you can follow #HarvesterCIY to see pictures our students are posting.
FINAL SUMMER HS NIGHT & AFTER PARTY: Make sure to be at the final Summer HS Night on Sunday, July 16th, once we return. It’s always a great night looking back on the week and worshipping together. Then, stay for the After Party. You’re not going to want to miss this night, so bring a friend! The entire night will go from 6:30-9:30
