Sunday, July 19th late afternoon.

Sketch 4:30 - 6:30 pm. Throw down at 6:30 pm, then optional to stay for the dancing if you want.
We should be there early enough to get shady spot at the amphitheater. Bring your chairs. Stay and picnic afterwards if you so choose.
Let’s sketch the park, and if you want to sketch the band or people dancing (and they Will Dance) this gives us 30 minutes to sketch them and then throw down a bit away from the concert at 6:30 pm. It’s a really nice park with a playground and leafy trees. Also, lots of parking. I drew a yellow circle in the dirt lot that is used for overflow parking--there should be plenty at 4:30 pm.
We will have a great location at the concert if you want to have your friends and family join with us or join later.
Dance: 6 - 7:30 pm. Free outdoor concert--Atomic Groove-- Dance music, soul, classic rock, and jazz. It’s a band for crowds that want to move
Food trucks on site, or bring a picnic, if you want to eat.
Apparently, there are stairs beyond the playground that take you to a 72-foot-long tunnel mural
