"Civil Rights Full Circle- Fulfilling the Promise" program will with start with a Civil Rights panel which will include Freedom Rider Hezekiah Watkins, Ms. Mackay-King, Ms. Joan Mulholland to discuss the peaceful protests and sit-ins they participated in with Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
