Requirements:
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD software
- A reliable internet connection with minimum 20+ MBPS download speed and 10+MBPS upload speed.
- A computer with two monitors, configured as an extended desktop, minimum 1920×1080 resolution on both screens.
- A computer installed with the 2022 version of Civil 3D.
- Ability to use computer audio for communication with the instructor and other students.
- Ability to use Zoom Meeting software (hosted by SolidCAD) without any firewall restrictions
Overview:
This course will focus on the effective use of AutoCAD Civil 3D 2022 version’s functionality that is specific to the methodologies and techniques for the successful design of grading plans for site plans and subdivision developments.
Participants will learn a variety of grading tools as well as techniques for working with grading groups, criteria sets, and feature lines. By exploring the various grading-specific design tasks, participants will become comfortable with the workflow in Civil 3D that is required to create and display design surfaces and calculate volumes. With the completion of this course, participants will receive a thorough understanding of the processes and procedures available in Civil 3D to complete a variety of grading projects.

Cancellation by Instructor:
Decisions on course cancellations will be made at least four (4) business days prior to the course start date, early registration is recommended. If you register for a course that is canceled by the instructor, you will receive a full refund.
