This is the formal beginning of a process where representative Akronites, chosen by lottery, will study the housing challenges facing our city, deliberate trade-offs, and present practical recommendations that leaders are prepared to act on.
The ceremony celebrates the community effort that made this possible and marks a shared commitment to building the future of housing in Akron — together.
