Homeless Outreach Volunteer Itinerary
8:00 A.M. - Check-In and Registration
Volunteers sign in, receive name tags, and take their seats at designated tables.
8:00 A.M. - 10:00 A.M. - Encouragement Card Preparation
Volunteers create handwritten encouragement cards. All supplies are provided.
10:00 A.M. - 11:00 A.M. - Hygiene Kit and Lunch Sack Assembly
Teams assemble hygiene kits and lunch sacks following on-site instructions.
11:00 A.M. - 12:00 P.M. - Team Meeting and Group Photograph
Brief meeting for outreach protocols, followed by a group photo.
12:00 P.M. - Outreach Deployment
Teams depart to designated locations to distribute items and serve those in need.
