The City of Fishers hosts free City Recycling Days in the spring and fall, where residents can recycle electronics, household items, and household hazardous wastes. On-site paper recycling and off-site confidential document shredding are also available. Document shredding is completed off-site by Share’s Inc., a certified confidential document shredding company.Wood, mattresses, foam containers, foam peanuts, glass, grease, plastic, and general trash are not accepted. Unaccepted items must be taken back by residents. This event is exclusive to Fishers residents; materials from businesses are not accepted.
