City of Sunland Park 1st Annual 4th of July Celebration

The City of Sunland Park will host its First Annual 4th of July Celebration at the Sunland Park Sports Complex on July 4. This inaugural community event is entirely free and open to the public, with no entrance fee required.
The park gates open at 1:00 PM, allowing families to arrive early and secure their spots on the lawn. Organized activities, vendors, and entertainment will run from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM, culminating in a spectacular fireworks display scheduled for 9:30 PM.

Attendees can participate in special prize giveaways during the event. To participate, residents must bring the physical event flyer, cut out the designated coupons, and exchange them at the venue for an official giveaway ticket.
The afternoon and evening feature a variety of attractions designed for all age groups, starting with high-energy music sets delivered by local DJs and a special live presentation from Freddy Hernández. Families can head to the Family Fun Zone for interactive children's entertainment, including jumping balloons, professional face painting, and a dedicated water splash area to stay cool. Attendees can also explore a diverse selection of local food trucks alongside a variety of vendor tables showcasing regional goods.
