This forum brings together the City of Santa Cruz mayoral candidates for a public conversation on the sectors that shape the city’s identity, economy, and quality of life. Hosted at the Colligan Theater at the Tannery Arts Center, this free forum invites community members to hear directly from candidates on the role of arts and culture, festivals, libraries, and tourism in Santa Cruz’s future.

Presented in partnership by All About Theatre, Arts Council Santa Cruz County, Santa Cruz Public Libraries and Visit Santa Cruz County, the event will explore how these interconnected fields contribute to economic vitality, community well-being, and Santa Cruz’s distinct sense of place—while offering candidates the opportunity to share their vision and respond to questions from the community.
