The City of Flagstaff Housing Office invites you to a public meeting to review and provide comment on the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program Year 2023 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER).
The CAPER outlines Flagstaff’s performance in accomplishing the objectives of the 2021-2025 Consolidated Plan. This report details how federal CDBG funds were used to provide programs and services, including the amount of funds expended, the source of the funds, and the number of persons or households assisted.
Your feedback is crucial! All comments received will be reviewed and included in the final CAPER report.
How to Participate:
Review the Report: The CAPER is available for review beginning on Friday, August 29, 2025, at our website: https://www.flagstaff.az.gov/626/Community-Development-Block-Grants
Submit Written Comments: You can submit your comments via email to [email protected] until 4:00 PM on Friday, September 26, 2025.
Attend the Meeting:
In-Person: Join us in the Council Chambers at City Hall.
Virtually: The meeting will also be accessible via Microsoft Teams. The virtual meeting link will be updated on the website closer to the date of the meeting.
